Briana Barlow-Maibaum is a Customer Success Manager at GovWell, bringing a wealth of international experience in operations and customer success, in startup environments. Growing up as a second-generation immigrant, with both parents who were public servants for the city of Los Angeles, Briana is passionate about helping local governments streamline their processes and improve their services to citizens. As a former track and field athlete at UCLA, Briana is no stranger to putting in the work to become successful. Her time spent living abroad in Spain, Italy, and Germany, has also cultivated a deep understanding of different cultures and perspectives, enabling her to connect effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. Beyond work Briana enjoys reading, cooking, scream-singing while dancing in her backyard, and the thrill of exploring a new part of the world on the back of her husband's motorcycle.

Our Mission:

Help government serve communities better with modern software
We the people (and the taxpayers) deserve effective government. But the software powering government services is 20 years behind the private sector. GovWell’s mission is to build modern software products to help government serve communities better. After launching in April 2023, we now partner with government agencies in 12 states serving 400,000+ residents. GovWell has raised $5.5 million in VC funding from Work-Bench and Bienville Capital.
